Now Chase provides parts for over 40 different brands of automotive vehicles and heavy-duty trucks all over five continents. Currently, Chase operates a factory in central Taiwan. The ISO9001 facility is equipped with most advanced 3D drawing instruments and software; while we are responsible for assembling key parts supplied from a group of satellite plants. In addition, Chase adopts the most stringent quality control (QC) system to assure each item produced to be with the best quality and precision level.
Our OC team determine each parts meet the standards through the following equipment:
- FARO Arm
- Through 3D Robotic Arm, one inspector can measure multiple dimensions at one time. The process is much more efficient and accurate than 2D manual measurement, the tolerance is within ±0.1mm.
- Akashi AR-10
- Components like steel plates, forgings etc., is necessary to improve the material strength, so the objects must be sent for heat treatment. Hardness testing is after heat treatment, in order to check whether the hardness value meets its set requirement range.
- Computer Servo Control Material Testing Machines HT-2402
- Suspension & steering system parts are safety components for vehicle driving. During the development process, we operate tensile testing machine to test tensile & torsional strength of the materials and finished products. In order to confirm the strength conditions of our products meet the safety requirements. The maximum tensile force is 20 tons.
